Anticipated because if the urgency has been identified in advance, it is easier to describe its nature (Situation à risque supposée), to know who to prevent in case of emergency (eID & circles of trust), what information will be useful (Informations Electroniques Sensibles), at what point (supposed risky period & ETA Home Safe).
Digital because automatic
The response to the emergency is send an alert message to the circle of trust in link with the risk situation (famille, professionnel, amis, social/public, privé), if before the end of ETA Home Safe, no cancellation is made.
